I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Be cautious, as they charge unreasonable fees for losing a room card—something not mentioned anywhere in their policies. The services were subpar, and the balcony was poorly maintained. To make matters worse, they seem to charge extra for every small thing, adding unnecessary costs to your stay. I strongly advise others to be aware of these hidden charges and poor service before booking here. Definitely not worth the money! I have all the proofs of the same which I have paid. They charged with GST for loosing the card. Not acceptable at all.... Feel free to adjust it further if needed!

Experience was good but after checking in at 12 noon on 9th august, 2024; due to some medical emergency in my home i have checked out on the same day at 10 pm. So effectively in a 2 days booking i have not utilised even 10 hours of my room. Explaining all these to mmt, you guys still doesn't process a refund for this problem. This is really bad.

Instead of saying this as hotel, it's like a shared accommodation in an apartment. It's inside of main road in a colony. Food is very bad

Hotel staff is very humble, polite and helpful. Rooms are good, exterior of hotel is excellent. Best part is that location is not remote but peaceful.

The bedsheets were terribly dirty. This was the case with the sheets on both the beds. Bathroom had leftover handwash tiny bottles. The property is new but the facilities need much improvement
